DigitalFlowKit products are instant digital downloads (ZIP/PDF template files). Because digital files are delivered immediately and cannot be “returned” after access, refunds are handled under the policy below.

1. Before you buy

We want you to feel confident before purchasing. If you have questions about fit, compatibility, or what’s included, please contact us at support@digitalflowkit.com and we’ll help you decide.

2. Refunds after access or download

Because this is a digital download, we generally do not offer refunds after the files have been accessed or downloaded, except where required by applicable law.

That said, we will make things right in the following situations:

• Technical delivery issues we cannot resolve (for example, you cannot access your files after we’ve attempted to help)
• Duplicate purchases/accidental double charge
• Wrong product delivered (for example, you received a different file than what you purchased)

3. Technical support comes first

If you have trouble downloading, accessing, or opening files, please contact support first. Most technical issues can be resolved quickly (for example: browser/device issues, VPN/ad blockers, file format compatibility).

We typically reply within 1–2 business days (EET).

4. How to request a refund (when applicable)

If you believe your case qualifies under Section 2, email support@digitalflowkit.com with the details listed above. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

5. EU/EEA consumer note (digital content)

If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you may be asked at checkout to consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal may be lost once delivery begins. Where applicable, we follow these rules.

6. Results disclaimer

DigitalFlowKit provides templates and educational resources. Your results will depend on factors outside our control, including your product, audience, offer, implementation, and execution. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes or revenue results.
