Terms & Conditions (Digital Products)

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the DigitalFlowKit website and your purchase and use of DigitalFlowKit digital products (the “Products”). By accessing our website or purchasing/downloading a Product, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase the Products.

1. Who we are (Company details)

2. Definitions

  • “We,” “us,” “our” refers to DigitalFlowKit/Suunta Digital Oy.
  • “You,” “your” refers to the customer, user, or purchaser.
  • “Products” means our downloadable digital products, including ZIP/PDF templates, resources, and related materials.
  • “Order” means the purchase transaction for a Product.
  • “Platform” refers to the checkout and delivery service provider used for processing Orders (see Section 3).

3. Checkout, payments, and delivery

We sell Products via Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our merchant-of-record for payment processing and digital delivery. This means Lemon Squeezy (and its payment partners) may handle payment processing, sales tax/VAT collection where applicable, and delivery of download links.

After purchase, you will receive instant access via an on-screen confirmation and/or a receipt email containing your download link(s), depending on the Platform’s delivery flow.

4. Digital product nature (no physical shipping)

All Products are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped.

Because digital files are delivered immediately and cannot be “returned” once accessed, refunds are handled under our Refund Policy (see Section 10).

5. License and permitted use

When you purchase a Product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product materials for your internal business use.

You may:

  • Use the templates and resources to build email flows and customer communications for your own store(s) or business.
  • Edit/customize the templates for your own brand voice and offers.

You may not:

  • Share, resell, sublicense, distribute, or publish the files (in full or in part).
  • Upload the files to public or shared repositories, marketplaces, or template libraries.
  • Claim the templates as your own original work.
  • Use the Products to create competing template packs or derivative template products for sale.

If you are purchasing on behalf of a company/team, the license covers internal use within that company/team only, and you remain responsible for ensuring compliance with these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

All content and materials provided by DigitalFlowKit, including templates, PDFs, written copy, structure, and branding, are owned by Suunta Digital Oy or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

No rights are transferred to you except the limited license described in Section 5.

7. Product information and compatibility

We aim to describe Products accurately, including what is included and how they can be used. However:

  • Email platforms differ (e.g., placeholder formats, tagging systems, automation logic).
  • You are responsible for adapting the templates to your chosen email platform and ensuring correct setup.

If you have questions about fit or compatibility before purchase, email us at support@digitalflowkit.com and we will help you assess suitability.

8. Customer responsibilities

You agree that you will:

  • Provide accurate purchase details and a valid email address at checkout.
  • Maintain appropriate access to your email platform and tools needed to implement the templates.
  • Ensure that your use of the templates complies with applicable laws, including email marketing and privacy rules (e.g., consent, unsubscribe requirements) and platform policies.

9. Results disclaimer (no guarantees)

DigitalFlowKit provides templates and educational resources. Your results will depend on factors outside our control, including your product, audience, offer, pricing, implementation, deliverability, and execution.

We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, revenue results, conversion rates, or business performance.

Nothing in our Products or website content constitutes legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. You are responsible for how you implement and use the materials.

10. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (published on our website). In summary: because Products are instant digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds after the files have been accessed or downloaded, except where required by law and with fair exceptions for unresolved technical delivery issues, duplicate purchases, or wrong product delivered.

11. EU/EEA consumer information (digital content)

If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you may be asked at checkout to consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal may be lost once delivery begins, where applicable under local consumer rules.

12. Support

If you experience issues accessing or opening files, contact support@digitalflowkit.com. For fastest help, include:

  • The email used at checkout
  • Product name
  • Purchase date (approx.)
  • A short description of the issue
  • Screenshots (if relevant)

We typically reply within 1–2 business days (EET).

13. Website use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, or interfere with site operation. We may restrict access or take reasonable steps to protect the website and our users.

14. Third-party services and links

Our website and Products may reference or integrate with third-party services (e.g., email platforms, analytics, payment providers). We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their policies. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, customers, or goodwill.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to a Product or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Suunta Digital Oy harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Products, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

17. Changes to Products or Terms

We may update Products (e.g., improvements, clarifications) and may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when changes were made. Continued use of the website or Products after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the competent courts of Finland, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country provide otherwise.
